You're functioning well. Inside, you're exhausted.

A therapeutic space offering brief yet profound support for professional women who are functioning well on the outside but are exhausted on the inside. Reconnect with your inner self.

Savia · Therapeutic Space · By Paola Knecht

Does this sound familiar?

Your body is paying the price, even though your mind is racing. You've tried everything, and nothing truly changes. You feel like you're living someone else's life.

You've been performing at your peak for years, and your body is starting to show it. You've tried advice, books, productivity techniques. It works on the surface, but nothing changes at its root. Performing well has become your identity—and underneath it all is an exhaustion you don't acknowledge.

If you recognized yourself in this, Savia is for you. It's not just another productivity program or a fleeting motivational tool. It's a therapeutic space: a safe haven to look beneath the surface, understand it, and transform it from the ground up.

Services

I am Paola Knecht.

Author of five books on personal transformation, with training in clinical psychology and psychotherapy from the International Forum for Psychotherapy Training. Before dedicating myself to this, I spent 15 years leading transformation projects in the international corporate world. I know firsthand the burnout I'm talking about. That's why today I run a space for women who seem to function flawlessly on the outside but want to reconnect with their inner selves.

Some types of exhaustion can't be cured by sleeping. They're cured by listening to yourself.
