Why I do what I do.
Fifteen years ago, I was the woman I support today. I was leading transformation projects in the international corporate world. I was receiving awards. I led teams in several countries. On the outside, everything was impeccable. On the inside, I was exhausted, and vacations, a nicer gym, or the next promotion couldn't solve that. One day, I started training in psychology and psychotherapy. I didn't talk about it because I didn't know where it was going. I only knew that I needed to understand what was happening—within me and the women around me. And I discovered something that changed everything: the exhaustion I was experiencing wasn't a lack of discipline. It was a lack of foundation. I was disconnected from what sustained me from within. Today, after five published books, a master's degree in psychology and psychotherapy, and years of continuing education, I founded Savia—a space where I support women who are going through what I went through.
